Data Two Proposal

Inspired by a list of the top-searched data sets, I decided to make my story about rainfall patterns. I found a place a could order data from the Philadelphia International Airport weather station and so I collected the rainfall records from 2000 through its latest data available which was 2013. So far my angle will be to examine how the rain fall changed in that 13 year period including looking at monthly trends. the raw data is here, and I am still wrangling it to get the dates and data into a scatter chart. I feel like this could appear on Philly.com if I had data up to the end of 2016 (which I am looking to get so I may choose a different weather station than the airport one, but it's what I have to work with right now) and it could be published in December-January as a wrap up to the year in Philadelphia as it compared to past years.
